Betting PH Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

Welcome to BettingPH. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and BettingPH ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). 1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

To register and play on BettingPH, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or otherwise prohibited from gambling under Philippine law.

BettingPH reserves the right to request proof of identity and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction or closure. 3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to register one (1) account only on BettingPH. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. BettingPH may require identity verification (government-issued ID such as PhilSys, passport, or driver's license) before processing your first withdrawal or when red flags are detected.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. BettingPH will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

BettingPH supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all of which are widely available to Filipino players:

All deposits are credited to your BettingPH wallet in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100. There is no deposit fee charged by BettingPH, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit. BettingPH reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing large withdrawal amounts (above ₱50,000 per transaction).

All financial transactions on BettingPH are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on BettingPH are subject to the specific rules of the game, sport, or market being wagered on. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules applicable to that bet type.

• Bets are final once confirmed. BettingPH does not accept bet cancellations after placement, except in cases of a clearly documented system error.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live betting event, BettingPH reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's wallet.

• BettingPH reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits per player, per event, or across all markets at its discretion.
• Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a dispute, the official result as declared by the relevant sports body, casino provider, or BettingPH's game server shall be final.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

BettingPH offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific Terms and Conditions of each promotion, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

General bonus rules applicable across all BettingPH promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Sharing, selling, or transferring bonuses between accounts is prohibited.
• A wagering or rollover requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The standard rollover requirement is 10x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated.
• BettingPH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, or device is permitted.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BettingPH and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of insider knowledge exploitation.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or interfere with BettingPH's systems or software.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity involving your BettingPH account.
• Chargebacks on legitimate transactions.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity documents.

BettingPH cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate agencies in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

BettingPH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player.
• A request from the player themselves (voluntary self-exclusion).
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

Upon account closure for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), BettingPH may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Balances confirmed as legitimately earned will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after the investigation is complete.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• Loss of funds due to a technical error, provided such error is promptly corrected and affected bets are voided.

BettingPH's total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the value of the funds held in the player's account at the time of the claim.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through BettingPH's internal dispute resolution process.
